A market-leading supplier of structural building materials is seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to cover London and the South East . This is a key role focused on driving sales of construction components particularly lintels, structural supports, and associated materials into merchant networks, contractors, developers, and specifiers.

The Role : Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting builders merchants, developers, and contractors.

Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.

Build strong relationships with buyers, branch managers, site managers, and specifiers.

Promote a range of structural building products with technical support as needed.

Deliver product presentations, attend site visits, and provide tailored solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to the leadership team.

The Ideal Candidate : Proven experience in field sales or business development within the construction, building materials, or merchant sector.

Knowledge of structural products such as lintels, masonry support, or general heavyside materials is highly desirable.

Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Based within easy reach of London and willing to travel across the region.

Full UK driving licence.
