💰 Salary : £52,000 + £5,000 Shift Allowance + £3,000 HVAP Allowance

🕒 Shifts : Continental (Days & Nights, 7am–7pm)

📆 Holiday : 20 Days (Shift Pattern)

About the Role CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for a highly experienced and reliable Electrical Shift Lead to join a leading facilities management provider on a high-profile, client-facing site in Farringdon . This is a permanent position on a continental shift pattern, offering a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role within a critical building environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of M&E maintenance tasks and ensure full shift productivity
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
• Take lead responsibility for HV operations, including switching, writing switching schedules, and issuing permits
• Monitor and manage building systems via SCADA and Genie Evo (desirable)
• Maintain compliance, safety procedures, and accurate documentation
• Mentor and support shift engineers to ensure smooth operations and skill development
• Work closely with the client on-site to manage expectations and provide updates
• Use CAFM systems (Concept, FSI GO) and Microsoft Office for scheduling, reporting, and communication
