THE OPPORTUNITY

We are working with a leading Insurance law firm seeking a senior Professional Indemnity Solicitor (Partner & Head of Department) to join their London office. Our client is a top-tier global practice looking for a talented lawyer to handle professional indemnity work and lead a successful team.

Their work primarily involves professional indemnity matters for solicitors, IFA’s, and construction clients in the UK. You will work within a high-profile team managing complex insurance litigation across financial lines and professional lines, including professional indemnity, D&O, FI, and coverage matters.

THE CANDIDATE

8+ years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with experience defending claims against professionals and construction clients. Experience with insurance disputes related to financial institutions, policy coverage, and Directors' and Officers' liability is required.

Management or supervision experience of individuals or teams is essential.
