• Starting rate of £37,000 - £40,000 based on experience
• 20% salary bonus scheme - On target earning of between £44,400 and £48,000

Hours :   42.5 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days

Managers are the heart of our organisation and play a vital role in how the business operates. Previous management experience in a quick service style operation is required and holding food hygiene and first aid qualifications is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Most importantly, we are looking for a foodie who loves working with excellent ingredients, who has a real passion for coffee and who has high standards. Someone who is a real ‘people person’ and loves interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis.
