💷 Salary : Band 4 - £30,000-£33,000 ( dependent on experience)

As a Nursing Associate, you’ll be a key part of our multidisciplinary team—bridging the gap between Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering holistic nursing care under the supervision of registered professionals
• Carrying out clinical tasks including wound care, immunisations and long-term condition reviews.
• Administering flu vaccinations, pneumococcal and child immunisations
• Perform and record clinical observations such as blood pressure, temperature, respirations, and pulse
• To provide routine care to patients as required in accordance with clinical based evidence, NICE and the NSF
• Promote health and well-being to all patients, for example undertaking the NHS health check
• To provide wound care, dressings and other clinical tasks as required
• Carrying our cervical screenings and seasonal vaccinations
• Supporting health promotion and education initiatives
• Contributing to the assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Supporting safe and effective care across our practices and services
