Finance Analyst

Robert Half are working in partnership with a renowned business in Swindon to recruit a Finance Analyst role on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting and progressive opportunity that will be involved with business partnering with various stakeholders, managing the budgeting and forecast cycle, finacial reporting and improving processes. The Finance Analyst role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with commercial accounting experience that is part or newly qualified in CIMA / ACCA and is looking to be a part of an established business that is known for offering career progression. The salary is between £40,000 - £45,000 plus study support, hybrid working and other excellent benefits.

The Role

The main duties of the Finance Analyst role will consist :

• Preparing detailed financial reports and commentary to present and discuss with stakeholders.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Financial reporting.
• Supporting with cost and performance analysis.
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships with stakeholders.
• Implementing and streamlining processes, working collaboratively with the wider business to enhance efficiency's.
