ORONA's activities are focused on the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernization of lifts, escalators, moving ramps and walkways. Operating in 100 countries , we have 330,000 lifts worldwide using our technology. With 2 manufacturing plants Orona is Number 1 in Europe in terms of complete lift production capacity.
We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the business in a varied and generalized role.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and employers
- Support the business with employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management, family leave etc.
- Prepare HR documentation
- Provide advise on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with updating and developing HR policies as required
- Payroll administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Support with training and development initiatives
- Collaborate with the wider HR team with projects and initiatives

Requirements
Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Advisor in the UK
- CIPD Level 5 Qualification (or working towards)
- Strong Knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience handling employee relations cases independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously, and has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
