Job Title : Adult Social Worker

Location : Welshpool

Pay Rate : £35 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Older People Team based in Welshpool.

What will your responsibilities be?

Work as a Social Worker in the Older People Team North Powys based in the Welshpool area.
Collaborate closely with a friendly team and colleagues across health and social sectors.
Deliver strengths-based positive outcomes for people.
Drive around a rural area (essential requirement).
Enjoy challenges and possess good communication skills.
Exhibit good partnership working abilities.
Show enthusiasm for ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes for individuals and their families.

Qualifications and Experience :

A recognised professional qualification in social work, such as an MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW (Certificate of Qualification in Social Work).

Must be registered with Social Care Wales

Significant experience in delivering social work services to vulnerable adults, including those with disabilities and complex needs.

Strong assessment and analysis skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

A full UK driving license and access to a car are often required for client visits.
