Overview
Role : Paid Social Manager at Soar With Us. This is a remote / hybrid role with Leeds Head Office and working-from-home options.
Function : Media Buying | Meta & TikTok Ads | Acquisition Strategy
Responsibilities
- Drive new customer growth through paid ads for our e-commerce clients
- Strategise, build, and execute high-spending Meta & TikTok ad campaigns for multiple clients (spending can exceed £2,000 per day)
- Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of clients
- Communicate with clients regularly via Slack and Google Meet
- Work closely with the Head of Acquisition to align on activity and progress; demonstrate readiness for Senior Paid Social Manager
- Provide expertise on current eCommerce best practices (paid ads, retention strategies, creative, CRO, landing pages, product strategy, Shopify, analytics tools, etc.)
- Keep up to date with evolving eCommerce best practices through training and research
- Collaborate effectively across the company
- Think from the client perspective to inform strategy

At least 1 year of experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for e-commerce brands at a high levelPrevious agency experience preferred; if not, experience within a 7-8 figure e-commerce brandStrong understanding of Shopify and eCommerce; familiarity with Klaviyo and Triple WhaleExcellent research skills and ability to quickly ramp up on new clients / marketsBenefits
