An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Trust’s Performance and Information Team for a Junior Information Analyst to play a key role in supporting the organisation’s data analytics and reporting functions. Working within the Performance and Information team, the post holder is responsible for supporting the development of dashboards, visualisations, and statutory returns to enable evidence-based decision-making across clinical and managerial teams. This role sits within a collaborative team environment, and we are seeking an individual who values teamwork and actively contributes to shared goals.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences. It offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-quality informatics service that underpin patient care and organisational performance. If you are passionate about data and eager to drive meaningful change, we encourage you to apply.
Please note this role does not offer sponsorship.
This role will have an assessment as part of the interview process to help fully assess candidates’ suitability for the post, which takes place in form of an interactive presentation to senior stakeholders at Trust premisses (on-site), with the topic and exercise given on the day, and cannot be done remote.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of ensuring the timely submission of mandatory external returns and internal reports. You’ll work with a variety of data tools, including SQL, Tableau, and SSRS, so we’re seeking someone who learns quickly and enjoys solving complex logic challenges.
This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of data and analytics while collaborating with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues across the Trust. Your work will help produce clean, actionable insights for clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders—all within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
