The Role :

Lead and supervise production and inspection staff during your shift

Monitor output, quality, and safety targets

Support TPM, lean, and 5S initiatives

Act as First Aider (training provided)

Maintain shift reports and production records

Drive a positive, high-performance culture on the shop floor

The Person :

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Confident leading a team or ready to step into leadership

Strong communication and organisational skills

Basic mechanical understanding beneficial

Willing to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime
