Team Leader

Overview

As Team Leader for Joe , you'll be the spark that keeps the team buzzing! With your natural leadership skills, you'll confidently steer a crew of 6 to 8 awesome people, making sure every shift runs smoothly and with good vibes. You won't just 'manage' - you'll cheer people on, jump in to help, and keep the energy high. Plus, you'll get dedicated management time to work your magic behind the scenes : sorting rotas, joining in on training, and helping the whole team (and yourself!) level up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 6 to 8 people on shift, ensuring smooth operations and positive team energy.
• Provide hands-on help and encouragement, beyond traditional management.
• Manage rotas and participate in training to develop the team and yourself.

Requirements / Essential

Essential for this job : Must hold a full UK driving licence; in addition, must enjoy and be able to participate in outdoor pursuits, including swimming.
