Oakwood Estates are expanding and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team at the central Slough Branch. The role offers an OTE of £60,000 with weekly and periodic valuation and activity bonuses and a highly incentivized environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate potential valuation appointments
• Win new instructions
• Engineer the touting system
• Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services
• Follow-up business leads
• Achieve minimum levels of business targets
