The Role :

As the Head Chef, you will be the visionary behind our menu, collaborating with the group executive chef to develop and execute a rotating tasting menu that aligns with our innovative concept. You will lead the kitchen team with passion and precision, ensuring the highest quality standards, consistency, and creativity in every dish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth, teamwork, and culinary excellence.
• Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, quality control, and food safety.
• Manage kitchen budgets, control food costs, and work with suppliers to source the finest ingredients.
• Uphold the Six by Nico ethos of innovation and perfection in every dish, ensuring that the guest experience is unforgettable.
