Senior Finance Business Partner

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Play a key role in shaping commercial decisions and driving operational performance
\n
• Working closely with key stakeholders, such as Operations Director, Customer Teams, Supply Chain
\n
• Supporting and challenging business initiatives
\n
• Monitoring trends and highlighting potential risk factors
\n
• Scenario planning, forecasting and risk modelling
\n
• Converting order intake into revenue, P&L, margin and resource planning
\n
• Challenging optimistic assumptions in forecasts
\n
• Upskilling operational leaders on financial understanding
\n
• Supporting system and process transformation
\n
• Improving data quality and alignment across multiple operational systems
\n
• Working within a contract-based revenue model
\n
• Supporting reforecasting cycles to improve accuracy and efficiency.
\n

What you will need:

\n
• Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager, FP&A, FP&A Manager, or similar in a high volume or complex manufacturing environment
\n
• Strong influencing and business partnering skills, with a track record of supporting change and transformation
\n
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or strong QBE
\n
• Advanced Excel skills for modelling and data manipulation
\n
• Experience in a private equity environment is a plus
\n
• Proactive, commercially minded, and confident communicator, able to challenge and influence effectively
\n
