• LOCATION : Any UK major BBC hub (Hybrid)
• PROPOSED SALARY RANGE : up to £80,933 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

We will be running a one stage interview process for this role with interviews starting from 1st December.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As Community of Practice, Recruitment & Governance Lead, you will shape frameworks that support employee communities and drive structural change across recruitment practices, working effectively as a team with other HR Centres of Excellence ensure our recruitment, training, and talent development processes deliver for all our colleagues.
