Senior Finance Officer

What You Will Do :

• Manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring smooth operations and accurate ledgers.
• Oversee working capital management and produce detailed cashflow forecasts.
• Administer weekly supplier and expense payment runs, aligning with cashflow forecasts.
• Lead credit control efforts to ensure timely cash receipts and effective cash management.
• Prepare and post monthly accounting entries, including accruals and prepayments.
• Conduct month-end Balance Sheet reconciliations and process payroll in partnership with the payroll provider.

What You Will Bring :

• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant, with a strong grasp of financial principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in common IT tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads independently.
• A relevant qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential.
