Salary : £36,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE) + performance bonus

Contract : Full-time, Permanent

We’re expanding and seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee our services, inspire our teams, and ensure exceptional, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supported living & domiciliary care services
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and local authority standards
• Recruit, supervise, and develop staff teams
• Complete care assessments and create person-centred care plans
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners
• Drive service improvements, quality outcomes, and growth
