We're working with a leading Professional Services firm in Bristol who are seeking a strategic L&D Partner to join their learning function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to focus on talent development initiatives as well as L&D. You will help shape and deliver learning and talent solutions, building future skills capability as well as shaping and embedding a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with senior stakeholder's and wider people team to create Talent Development Programmes.
• Develop and implement a learning skills framework across all levels
• Lead leadership and management development programmes
• Drive learning initiatives in collaboration with the people team, focusing on performance management, talent mapping, pipeline planning.
• Drive a culture of learning and coaching
• Manage and mentor L&D team members
• Track key metrics to allow for data driven decision making
