Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Support – PRUH Orpington

📍 Location : Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH), Orpington, Kent BR6 8ND

⏰ Hours : Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (1hr lunch)

💷 Pay : £23.97 PAYE | £31.07 Umbrella

The Role

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor (or candidate with a CIMA / management accountancy or business admin background) to join our Commercial Team onsite at PRUH.

You’ll support stakeholder meetings, review variations and project requests, assist with lifecycle works, validate subcontractor applications, and help manage early asset failures and procurement activities.

Requirements

• QS experience OR CIMA / strong business administration background
• Strong commercial / financial awareness
• Confident communicator with stakeholders and contractors
• Organised, detail-focused and proactive
