Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors parents and staff in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls and email correspondence
Maintain visitor logs and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed
Provide general administrative support to the office and leadership team
Assist with daily school operations and communication tasks

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and school database systems (training provided)
Previous reception or administrative experience preferred

Salary: Paid to scale in line with school support staff pay grades
