Nursery Manager

Job Description

Our Clients amazing nursery in the Marlow area are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to join the team and support the day to day running of the nursery.  Hours are Monday to Friday 40 per week with a salary up to £50k depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire, energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements

Requirements
