Construction Project manager

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a modular building company based in Lincoln. This is a permanent position with base salary £40,000 with OTE £50k to £70k plus mileage allowance & benefits.

Responsibilities :

• Managing housing / modular build projects which include redevelopment of existing buildings, new build and mixed use schemes.
• Involved in construction fit out, refur
