This company, with nearly a decade of experience, specialises in the residential sector, handling projects ranging from small to large. In this role, you will be expected to manage 3-5 projects at a time, with values ranging from £200k to £5 million.

This role is ideal for an Architectural Assistant who wants to work within a small team on a variety of bespoke residential projects, offering the opportunity to develop your skills through ongoing internal CPD courses.The role :

• Responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing drawings, handling planning applications, creating technical drawings
• Creating presentations and providing support with various day-to-day tasks related to architecture projects
• Surveying sites
• Monday - Friday (9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm)
