Key Responsibilities
- Managing purchase and sales ledger processes using Sage 200
- Processing purchase and sales invoices across five companies
- Handling credit card transactions and associated reconciliations
- Processing Purchase Orders and credit card spend
- Working with the company's Purchase Order system
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets to support financial reporting
- Providing general office administration support, including filing, organisation, printing, photocopying and telephone duties
- Attending departmental meetings as required
- Carrying out any other duties appropriate to the position
What We're Looking For
- Experience in purchase ledger, sales ledger or a similar transactional finance role
- Familiarity with Sage 200 (desirable)
