Time Appointments are working on behalf of a highly successful and award-winning business in Ipswich who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and distributor who supply both independent and national retailers across the UK. The role will see you supporting the Sales and Management teams with a wide range of administrative and reporting duties.
As Sales Administrator, you will be providing essential support across the business, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include :
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Maintaining and updating price lists and supporting quote reviews
- Managing product information uploads and customer portals
- Organising sales meetings, preparing presentations, and taking minutes
- Supporting the organisation of company events and customer visits
- Handling customer set-up forms, compliance questionnaires, and enquiries
- Providing HR administration support including HR system management, sickness reporting, and maintaining personnel files
Skills & Experience required :
Previous administration experience, ideally within a sales or commercial environmentExcellent Excel and strong IT skills (PowerPoint desirable)Strong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlinesA positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to take initiativeWhat’s on offer :
