Customer Support Executive

Hourly PAYE including holiday pay

Contact length :  3 month contract

Location : Remote – first week will be in the office for training

Hours : 40 hours per week

Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in Ripon who are looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive.

Main duties of the job :

• Processing customer orders generated by the customer website
• Providing customer support via email, phone calls or the online chat
• Dealing with customer complaints
• Responsible for providing assistance, resolving issues and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience

The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills.
