Were on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Internal Sales Engineer to join one of prestigious clients based near Keele!

In this role, you'll become an expert in their engineering products, driving sales growth by upselling solutions and delivering outstanding customer service.

This opportunity would suit someone with previous sales experience, selling either products or services.

What youll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales enquiries
• Learn company products and services, upsell, and prepare quotations for customers
• Providing accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Conduct quotation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate sales closure
• Build rapport with customers and suppliers, promoting customer loyalty
• Communicate effectively at all levels, from customers to senior management
• Maintain profitable sales by identifying opportunities for upselling products and services
• Keep system updated

Hours

Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm (flexible)
