Overview
Our client, a dynamic, family-run business with over 1,200 employees nationwide, is looking for a Planned Works Supervisor to oversee Reactive Repairs contracts in Eastbourne.
With turnover approaching £250m and ambitious plans to double to £500m, this is a business where you’ll be valued, supported, and rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise site operatives and subcontractors on Reactive Repairs projects
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily tasks and project milestones
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Manage site resources, tools, and suppliers
- Drive productivity while fostering a positive team culture
What you’ll bring
5+ years in planned works or reactive repairs delivery, proven leadership, SMSTS, Trade NVQ Level 2, and a UK Driving Licence.
