The Opportunity

A leading housing association is recruiting a Multi Skilled Plasterer to join its Property Maintenance and Construction team, working within the Ashington maintenance area.

This is a customer-facing role delivering high-quality plastering, damp remedial works and associated multi-skilled repairs across domestic and commercial properties. You'll play a key role in maintaining homes to a high standard while providing an excellent repairs service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out plastering and damp remedial repairs

Complete associated multi-skilled maintenance works

Work within occupied and unoccupied properties

Deliver work to agreed quality, safety and performance standards

Provide a professional, customer-focused service at all times

About You

You'll be a skilled and adaptable tradesperson with experience working in property maintenance environments. You'll be comfortable working to targets, engaging with customers, and representing the organisation positively within the community.
