Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records on internal systems.
- Escalate issues where necessary to the relevant team / department.
- Meet personal and team performance targets (call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction).
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Skills & Experience
