Pay Rate : £95 – £120 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education  are looking for a compassionate and dedicated  1 : 1 Teaching Assistant  to work closely with a child in a school in  Sheffield . As a  1 : 1 TA , you’ll have a wonderful opportunity to offer personalised support, enabling a pupil with special educational needs to achieve their full potential within a caring and supportive learning environment.

As a 1 : 1 Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include :

• Providing direct one-to-one support tailored to the needs of an individual pupil.
• Assisting with learning activities and adapting resources to match the child’s abilities.
• Supporting the pupil’s emotional, social, and behavioural development.
• Liaising with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents to monitor progress.
• Encouraging independence and confidence in daily learning tasks.
• Ensuring the pupil feels safe, supported, and included in all school activities.
