General Manager – Neighbourhood Restaurant & Bar

This is a standout venue – stylish, slick, with quality food and drinks, carefully curated interiors, and a vibrant, considered concept. The venue combines walk-ins, pre-bookings, private dining, events, and a late-night music vibe.

The Role

You’ll lead a large team of up to 85 across bar, restaurant, PDR, and events spaces. This is a commercially focused GM role with full autonomy over the P&L and all revenue streams. Ideal for someone from a private members’ club or premium hospitality background looking for a vibrant, high-energy, and multi-faceted operation.

You’ll be :

• Driving a high-volume site – currently £150k+ per week, with room to grow
• Leading and developing a large, high-performing team
• Managing private events and engaging a high-end clientele
• Working closely with press and building the venue’s profile
• Running full budgets and commercial strategy with autonomy
• Enjoying a vibrant late-night atmosphere
• Overseeing a talented kitchen team and elevated food offering
