Location : Rochester

OTE : £60,000

Salary : £22,000 Basic

  • n Sell with Purpose : Use your experience to understand customer needs and offer the perfect car and add-ons.
  • n Drive Results : Handle a high volume of leads and turn them into sales with your engaging and persuasive personality.
  • n Earn Big : Hit targets, upsell, and watch your earnings grow.

    • n \n\n What We're Looking For : \n \n

  • n Experience : Previous car sales experience (main dealer or independent)-ideally with a proven sales record.
  • n Passion : A love for cars and a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • n People Skills : An engaging and persuasive personality, with excellent phone manner and the ability to upsell.
  • n Self-Starter : You know when to take the initiative and when to ask for support.
