- Conduct in-person and / or virtual meetings with Plan Sponsor / Participants to achieve assigned goals and metrics
- Meet or exceed established goals by increasing retirement plan participation, deferral rates, and average account balance leading to better participant outcomes and increased revenue & market share with assigned Plan Sponsor / Participant book of business
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing / targeted Plan Sponsor / Participants including targeted market segments, how they operate, and / or value proposition
- Support Relationship Management with retention efforts and look for opportunities to promote other Lincoln services and cross partner with appropriate internal stakeholders
- You will support regional RC Directors by taking on additional responsibilities to support regional objectives and RPS goals

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
