What we expect

As a Field Support Engineer, you will be providing support in our Technical Support Department providing support for the Lifts. We are currently seeking a lift expert field engineer mainly to provide support on 3rd party brands, mainly on Kone technology, including high rise (other brands could be considered).

You will provide technical support to field technicians by telephone, by video or with site visits and preparing / performing training on lifts.

You will be involved with initiating and assisting the development of ITS technical publications (be part of the redaction) and leading on the development of training simulators and product test rigs

Who we are looking for

• You will have a proven experience working as a field support engineer
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, telephone, and written
• Positive attitude, capable of working under pressure as part of a team
• Confident in using your own initiative and proactive thinking outside of the box
• An investigative mind-set that approaches issues from all angles, especially for the purpose of identifying workarounds for on-going incidents
• European language skills would be a plus
