Design Coordinator

Overview

Design Coordinator required in Hemel Hempstead. GVR Solutions are currently working with a specialist facades contractor who cover a number of cladding remediation works within the residential development sector. This particular client are currently looking for an experienced Design Coordinator to join their well established production team.

Responsibilities

• To lead and manage the design team in creation and development.
• Ensure that all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and performance specifications while adhering to the relevant industry standards.
• Ensure the team follows a structured product development process.
• Support team members with design challenges, offering solutions and technical advice where needed.
• Work closely with the directors to understand their specific needs and provide regular design updates, ensuring a collaborative and transparent design process.
• Conduct regular team meetings and design reviews to track progress and maintain alignment with the company\'s product goals.
