Interim Children's Home Manager - 6 Bedded Home

£400-£425 a day Inside IR35

12-Month Contract - On-site Presence Required

Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Children's Residential Service provider to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Interim Children's Home Manager to lead and stabilise a 6-bedded home. This role is a critical turnaround position, requiring a strong leader who can drive improvements and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.

Responsibilities of the Role :

• Lead, manage, and support staff to deliver high-quality care in line with regulatory standards.
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies across the home.
• Drive service improvement with a focus on improving Ofsted ratings.
• Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and all statutory requirements.
• Support staff development, supervision, and performance management.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.
