What does the day of a Staff Nurse look like?

As one of our Staff Nurses, you will lead the team, and will be involved in continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of the residents’ needs and wishes :

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification. With a compassionate and caring attitude, you will have adequate knowledge, experience and a clear understanding of the nursing role and its professional boundaries.
