Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Are you a motivated, people-focused, and excited to build a future in the property industry? We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Agent to join our team — no experience required. In this hands-on role, you will become a key part of our lettings operation: supporting tenants and landlords, learning how to manage property viewings, handling enquiries, and helping match people with their perfect home. From day one, you will receive full training, mentoring, and ongoing development, all backed by the largest independent property group in the UK.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in East Ham, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year,
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in East Ham:

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
