️ Job Title : Groundworker – Repointing / Slab Laying / Fencing

💷 Pay : £24.61 per hour (Self-Employed)

🔎 Job Overview :

We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our Legal Disrepairs Team, carrying out external works on occupied social housing properties. This is a long-term, hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and can deliver high-quality results independently across various outdoor tasks.

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

Repointing brickwork on external walls

Laying paving slabs and completing hard landscaping

Installation and repair of timber and metal fencing

Ground maintenance and small civils-related repairs

Supporting other trades on site where required

✅ Requirements :

Previous experience working in social housing environments

Strong background in repointing, slab laying, and fencing

Own tools and PPE

Full, clean UK driving licence

Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check
