Junior Performance Analyst

Our client is a leading name within the investment management industry. As a result of the company’s success, they are now looking to recruit a Junior Performance Analyst to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of Performance , the Junior Performance Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties :

• Calculating and analysing performance and attribution using specific performance systems as well as some manual spreadsheets.
• Calculating all GIPS composites, MI Reports, and Board reporting.
• Production of performance reports.
• Developing performance data and performance systems to enhance the performance reporting process.
• Leading ad hoc data-centric projects to improve efficiency within the Performance team.
• Writing commentaries to explain fund performance.
• Performance measurement.
• Enhancing the current performance reporting process by using advanced Excel, VBA, and / or SQL.
