Job description

Logistics Administrator

Salary £28-32,000 ( dependant on experience)

Monday - Friday - 09 : 00-17 : 30

Office based ( Broxbourne / Cheshunt)

What's on Offer :

Work Hours - Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch.

The Role :

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our logistics operations. You'll collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager and team to ensure the highest level of service to our internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include :

Assisting in timely documentation completion.

Matching invoices to related documentation for smooth processing.

Logging and tracking all shipments effectively.

Monitoring shipment progress and proactively communicating delays.

Supporting transport planning by maintaining accurate data in internal systems.

Processing sales invoices and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Liaising with various departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Accounts) to ensure seamless operations.

Complying with Food Safety Legality and Quality requirements.
