Description

The key responsibilities for the role of Finance Business Partner include

Provide accurate and timely management information to support strategic decision-making.

Lead on budgeting and forecasting processes, including monitoring income, expenditure, and capital spend

Partner with budget holders to offer financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and drive performance.

Analyse financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and variances against budget.

Support the development and improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting.Profile

The successful candidate for the role of Finance Business Partner will have :

Studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).

Minimum of 3 years experience in a finance role with strong management accounting skills.

Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.Job Offer

The role of Finance Business Partner offers a competitive salary of £43,000 - £45,540 per annum, plus :
