We’re recruiting a Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant to join a brand-new development in beautiful North West Devon.

This is a freshly launched site with strong interest from buyers and a setup designed for success. It’s ideal for an experienced new homes professional — or for two great salespeople who like the idea of sharing success, support, and a steady pipeline of completions.

Think shiny show homes, motivated buyers, and a really positive team dynamic from day one.

What’s on Offer

• 💷 Basic Salary: £32,000 (pro rata for part-time)
• ⏰ Hours: 10:00–17:00 (yes, proper daylight hours)
• 🏡 Site: Brand-new development — straight from first brochure

About You

• Experience in new homes sales or a strong property sales background
• A professional, friendly approach to customer service
• Confidence in managing enquiries, viewings, and sales progression
• A team-first mindset with a drive to perform
