AV Engineer - £40-60K
We're after a hands-on AV professional to lead complex installs, make meeting spaces sing, and keep clients smiling.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end projects : survey ? rack build ? install ? commission ? sign-off
- Configure / commission Crestron / Extron / Q-SYS, DSPs (QSC / Biamp), and Teams / Zoom Rooms
- Tune audio, optimise video, and solve gnarly on-site issues fast
- Mentor juniors, document everything, and be the calm voice with customers
