The Hilton Birmingham Metropole is now recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join the Front Office team. A Night Receptionist provides night-hour reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.

Rate of pay : £12 / hour

Working hours : 23 : 00 – 07 : 00, 39 hours / week contract

Please do check your journey to and from the hotel to ensure you can travel in the evening and early mornings. The hotel is located in the National Exhibition Centre area.

What will I be doing?

As Night Receptionist, you will provide night-hour reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.
