Red Bull UK and Acosta Europe are looking for Field Sales Representatives (known as Strikers to Red Bull) to join our team based across the UK. Acosta Europe is an exceptional business that cares about its people. We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world and are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative (Striker) to represent our partner Red Bull to drive brand awareness and sales of their products.

Salary : £27,166
Bonus : 15% Performance Related Bonus
Equipment Provided : Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone
Areas that play to your strengths
Responsibilities
- Be the face of our client, Red Bull, forging unbreakable relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
- Visit independent retailers or major stores in your territory on a regular call cycle
- Deliver world class customer service to customers and internal / external stakeholders
- Meet daily / weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets
- Use an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territory
- Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays
- Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new product opportunities, and implement in store activations
- Breathe creativity into marketing initiatives with in-store execution and Point of Sale (POS)
Compliance
Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the approved brief, and complete interventions where necessary to maintain complianceEnsure compliance of product availability on fixtures and chillers with correct prices displayedEnsure correct execution of all new product launchesFeedback recommendations for the improvement of key promotional activityData recording and reporting
Ensure all response data is recorded accuratelyTake high quality photos of activity completed with concise descriptionsInsight
Provide insightful and actionable feedback on market intelligence / competitor activityProvide insightful feedback on any changes to retailer in store procedures / systemsKeep abreast of trends, news and information concerning the channel in which you are workingTechnical
Analyse, understand and utilise intervention data to drive actionsAnalyse data to determine dynamics in store visitsUtilise sales data, case studies and other material supplied to pre-sell upcoming activity to gain incremental stock orders and displaysAdministration
Manage your journey plans in line with our briefing processEnsure point of sale and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities to meet customer’s needsAttendance at monthly team meetingsExperience
Experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment is preferred. We will consider applications from motivated individuals with experience from other sectors.Be enthusiastic about the Red Bull brand and have the drive and tenacity to succeed.Be comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills along with strong interpersonal skills, including rapport building and influencing.Proven selling skills and commercial acumen along with being self-motivated, determined and target driven.We value experience over formal education.Fluent in written and spoken English.Travel 90-100%Join the team
