Family Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive – Gloucestershire law firm

Join a well-established Gloucestershire law firm in its successful family department as a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.

About the role :

Manage a caseload of family law matters : divorce, finances, TOLATA, children’s matters, pre / post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreement and separation agreements
Attend court
Have strong client relationship skills to ensure high-quality service
Be prepared to be involved in the marketing and promotion of the family department

Your experience :

Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in family law

Resolution member or similar accreditation is desirable
