We're Hiring – Senior Risk Manager

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Risk Management professional with experience in the Lloyd’s / London Market to join a dynamic and growing team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and strengthening the organisation's risk framework and culture.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and execution of the annual risk management plan
• Leading the quarterly Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process using a GRC system
• Contributing to the annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report
• Monitoring and assessing emerging risks, including ESG and climate-related exposures
• Providing risk expertise and challenge across strategic business initiatives

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in risk management within the Lloyd’s / London Market.
